On Monday, March 28, we held an ideation workshop for our students who will be developing a board game. The game will walk players through the ethical dilemmas identified by our scholars in a way that is engaging and fun. This could be used as corporate training or simply as a team-building exercise.
To inspire our team, Professor Tomer Perry of Minerva University in San Francisco gave a brief lecture on gamified learning and our own Katharina Brenner gave a presentation on adult learning psychology.
After the talks, our researchers contributed to a Miro Ideation Board, where they identified key elements that will be incorporated into the game. Contributions will continue to be made asynchronously until the next team meeting, where core elements will be decided on and development of the game will begin!
