Heads academic collaborations at the Digital Transformation Hub (DxHub) at California Polytechnic State University, where she manages digital innovation challenges with the World Bank. Holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy from the University of Washington, with additional training in the implications of artificial intelligence for business from MIT. Expert in interdisciplinary, mixed-methods and policy research, with extensive experience examining equity issues, incentive policies and their implications.
