I am a PhD candidate at the Queensland University of Technology Digital Media Research Centre (QUT DMRC) and my research intersects the fields of computer science, information visualisation, and digital media research. I have a background in software engineering and computer science, specifically machine learning. During the 2022-2023 GAEIA cohort discussions, I contributed my technical knowledge of how various types of AI systems operate and my experience of ongoing ethical dilemmas/concerns within the fields of machine learning.
